*Strength-building exercises build and maintain muscle, and increase metabolic rate.They're one of the best ways to fight the aging process.
*Flexibility exercise make it easier to do activities of everyday living.Streching the major muscles and joints on a regular basis will improve the range of motion through ehich they can extend. Streching is a great way to start the day, or to reduce stress at work.
