From the "Eat this not that" Book...

I don't know if you have heard of this book. It's a really small 300 some pages book, wrote by David Zinckenko. Gives you ideas on what to buy when you go shopping, it really can make a huge difference by choosing, maybe not the healthiest, but a "better" food or drink.

I'm telling you, small changes makes a huge difference and you can make it a habit after a while.
Eat breakfast!! don't buy the sugary cereal!! eat an apple everyday!!Don't buy Ranch!!
Start with ONLY ONE thing a WEEK! I PROMISE! that it will still help YOU and your family!
