Hi everyone, I am Jenny. My family is from Honduras but I was born and raised in Boston. I am married and have 2 children. I grew up around great Latin music and dancing all my life. Now that I'm 'grown up' it can be hard to find the time to enjoy music and go dancing. Zumba fulfills that void and more! With Zumba, I get to move and dance all while giving me the workout of my life. I never frown on going to Zumba... in fact, I can't wait to go to each class. I leave drenched in sweat and with a "Zumba high" and that makes my day.
I chose to become certified to teach because I want to be able to share that same experience with others. Zumba is the only group fitness class where I have made friends and have become connected to the class members around me. I have set some personal goals that I am reaching through Zumba and I know that those who attend my classes will also achieve their goals too.
So let's do all of this together: reach our goals, make friendships, sweat like crazy, dance dance dance, and Zumba!
